Uke waza-blocking

Uke Waza, also known as blocking techniques in martial arts, are essential movements that are used to defend against incoming attacks. These techniques are designed to redirect or stop an opponent's strike, kick, or punch. By mastering Uke Waza, martial artists can effectively protect themselves while creating openings for counterattacks. Training in Uke Waza not only improves one's defensive capabilities but also enhances overall coordination, timing, and awareness in combat situations.
