White belt.
10th and 9th Kyu
As a white belt, you will be regularly practicing basic stances, strikes, blocks, and kicks. These will all be your focus to achieve 7th Kyu, Green Belt, where you will then be introduced to more advanced techniques. White Belts practice their basics from the basic stances. Mainly kicks are practiced by breaking them into parts, practicing them slowly before moving upward in speed.
